Bamboo Dragon Boat - Wooden Sushi Serving Platter

Long and narrow rather than round, which is exactly the shape a row of sushi rolls wants. It carries a full platter to the table in one trip and holds the arrangement in place on the way.

Key features

• Measures 50 x 19 cm, sized for a shared platter or a full sushi set for two
• Made from bamboo with a natural finish that warms up against dark tableware
• Boat-shaped hull with raised sides, so pieces stay put when the platter is moved
• Suited to home dinners as much as restaurant service
• Light at approximately 0.99 kg

Wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Bamboo will lift and crack if it is soaked or run through a dishwasher.
