Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Pattan Australia.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide appropriate resolution options, which may include a replacement or refund.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / damaged / incorrect items:

    • Customers must initially pay the return shipping cost

    • Once approved, the product cost and return shipping cost will be refunded to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection

  • Non-defective items / change of mind / wrong item ordered by customer:

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable

We do not charge any restocking fees.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order separately once the return is approved

This ensures faster processing and availability.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund timing depends on financial institutions and is outside our control


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and standard return terms apply.
